台北,是台灣的首都,也是我生長城市。天龍國,是其他城市對台北的反諷,泛指能夠享受各種豐富資源及權利的國中之國。然而,在我遊歷遠方歸來,我竟對這胭脂盆地感到陌生。滄海桑田、物是人非,有時令人感到格格不入無所安置。台北人沒有鄉愁,而我的鄉愁只存在在我的心中,一個稱作回憶的地方。那是早晨誦經的焚香氣味、中午傳統市場的叫賣吵雜聲、傍晚外婆木柵貓空茶園的清涼薄霧。在有幸登上世界之巔的那一瞬間,回望過往,這些刻在我血液裡流動的,竟就是我最大的富足。所以,這瓶酒,獻給我天上的外婆,也獻給這片孕育我的土地。

Taipei is the capital of Taiwan and also the city where I grew up. "Dragonland" is a sarcastic term used by other cities to refer to Taipei, which broadly means a country within a country that can enjoy various abundant resources and rights. However, upon returning from my travels, I found myself feeling unfamiliar with this bustling city. The ever-changing world and the passage of time sometimes make me feel out of place and unsettled. Taipei residents do not have homesickness, but my homesickness exists only in my heart, in a place called memories. It is the scent of incense in
the morning when reciting scriptures, the noisy voices of traditional markets at noon, and the cool mist in my grandmother's Mucha tea garden in the evening. In that moment of standing on top of the world, I look back at the past, these things that flow in my blood are actually my greatest wealth. Therefore, I dedicate this bottle of gin to my grandmother in heaven and to this land that nurtured me.

木柵正叢鐵觀音
”Muzha TieguanyinTea“(authentic)

天龍國琴酒主要風味使用台北「木柵正叢鐵觀音」。鐵觀音起源於福建安溪,最早是指一種茶樹品種,具有明顯的紅心、歪尾以及葉片向上捲曲如波浪狀手形等特徵,俗稱「紅心歪尾桃」。製成茶葉,在沖泡後,有「茶色澤烏潤、沉重似鐵」的外觀及口感,因此稱為鐵觀音。這個品種也是作爲台北木柵獨有茶種,故稱為「木柵正叢鐵觀音」。
木柵正叢鐵觀音還是遵循古法,老師傅堅持手工採摘、揉捻。重發酵、重焙火的傳統作法,除了高達百分之四十至五十的發酵度,使得茶韻醇厚綿長。香水師琴酒創辦人安薛佛,自小與家族在這片茶山長大,耳濡目染下,想要將記憶中與家人泡茶的溫度,留在天龍國琴酒中,細細品味、慢慢回甘。


🌱The main flavor of Dragonland Gin is ”Muzha Tieguanyin Tea“(authentic) in Taipei.Tieguanyin originated in Anxi, Fujian. It originally refers to a tea tree variety with obvious characteristics such as red heart, crooked tail, and leaves curling upward like a wavy hand shape. It is commonly known as ”Red Heart and Crooked Tail Peach“. The made tea, after brewing, has the appearance and taste of ”tea is dark in color and heavy like iron“, so it is called Tieguanyin. This variety is also unique to Taipei Muzha, so it is called ”Muzha Authentic Tieguanyin”.
Mucha Authentic Tieguanyin still follows the ancient method, and the old farmer insists on picking and rolling it by hand. The traditional method of heavy fermentation and heavy roasting, in addition to a high fermentation degree of 40 to 50%, makes the tea mellow and long-lasting. Anne Scheffer, the founder of Perfumer Gin, grew up with her family in this tea mountain. She was influenced by it and wanted to keep the memory of tea brewing with her family in Dragonland Gin, savor it carefully and slowly mellow aftertaste.

波本香莢蘭
"Vanilla Planifolia"

天龍國使用台灣本土培育的「波本香莢蘭」。常用於高級甜點、冰淇淋及香水產業。台灣改良波本香草,方式仿照馬達加斯加處理模式,日曬陰乾交錯發酵,曾嘗試不同溫度、日照時數等加工,使它的香味元素「香草醛」含量比世界水準更高,我們使用整根香草切段連豆莢蒸餾,除了熟悉的香草甜香外,更多了豆莢上煙燻、木質及些許土壤風味。完美的加深天龍國中第一原料「鐵觀音茶」的力道,使喉韻更加圓融豐富。

Dragonland Gin uses “”Vanilla planifolia “a.k.a Bourbon Vanilla, specially cultivated in Taiwan. We commonly used in high-end desserts, ice cream and perfume industries. Taiwan’s modified bourbon vanilla is modeled after Madagascar’s processing method. It is sun-dried and shaded for staggered fermentation. We have tried different temperatures, sunshine hours, etc. to make its aroma element “vanillin” content higher than the world’s standards. We use the whole vanilla pod, cut in pieces and put in distiller. In addition to the familiar vanilla sweet aroma, there is more smoky, woody and some earthy flavors from the pods. Perfectly deepens the strength of Dragonland first raw material “Tieguanyin Tea”, making the aftertaste more mellow, rich, and longer.

書法美學

The Calligrapher​"

年輕的書法家 《敢心竹間》。他的書法作品多變,剛柔相濟,看似規則,實則變化無常。它的風格與天龍王國想要呈現地傳統底蘊與創新的結合不謀而合,所以我直接私訊向他邀字,從這兩個版本中選擇了這一款。
The letters of Dragonland is that I occasionally see young calligrapher"peilanmonster" on the Internet. I feel that his calligraphy is diversal, the words are shown in strength but with smooth lines in them,seemingly regular yet changeable. Its style coincides with the heritage and innovation Perfumer’s Gin Dragonland wants to present, so I directly sent a private message to invite his are work. This one was chosen among the two versions.

鶯歌傳統窯燒工藝 
Traditional Fused Glass Bottle

此次瓶身使用鶯歌傳統窯燒玻璃瓶與唐寧茶茶壺同一窯廠。克萊茵藍加上手工調製釉料「紅銅龍形」 ,經過多次調色以及兩次以上瓷燒以及玻璃低燒的重複燒製,呈現最後完整玻璃瓶風貌。

We use Yingge traditional fused glass bottles as the same kiln as  Twinings teapot. The klein blue plus hand-tuned "red copper" effect dragon, after multiple color adjustments and more than two porcelain firings and glass low-firing, the final perfect glass bottle style is presented.
