​當一切即為可能，為何不呢？在19世紀末期，工業革命發展過後，香水產業迎來重大變革。調香師為法國皇后獻上了第一瓶會隨時間變化而改變的香水，也就是我們後來所熟知的有著前、中、後調的金字塔式調香法，並且受到各調香師爭相調製沿用。琴酒，號稱烈酒中的香水，其類別眾多、變化多端。香水師Anne Scheffer想了一下，何不使用香水的原理架構來製作琴酒呢?

When everything is possible, why not? At the end of the 19th century, after the development of the Industrial Revolution, the perfume industry ushered in major changes. The perfumer presented the first bottle of perfume to the French Queen ,which the smell will change with time. As we are familiar nowadays called the pyramid-style fragrance method with top, middle and base notes in a perfume, and it has been followed by perfumers after. Gin, known as the perfume in spirits, has many categories and various developed. Perfumer Anne Scheffer thought about it, why not use the principle structure of perfume to make a gin?
